We were in need of a new boiler after a previous botched service. So my trust in heating engineers was minimal. Upon meeting Gary he set me at ease instantly. He was on time, professional from the outset and happy to explain all works being completed. The work done was to a very high standard and he was both clean in his workspace and courteous. We needed an extra price of paperwork from which Gary happily completed. He could not go far enough.
