Gary kept me informed on his estimated time of arrival, he was at mine on time, he was curtiois, and kept me upto date with the job, unfortunately after inspection, he needed too order new parts for the boiler, but instantly booked me in for his return, too fix the problem, his work space was left clean and tidy, after this job will certainly use Gary for future boiler services etc.

Yet again, another fantastic customer service. You can always rely on punctuality with GGB Heating solutions and you can never forget you have an appointment booked, because they send you reminders, which I find very helpful.I find, Gary, real easy to talk to and trustworthy. He respects the property ie wears shoe protectors when it's bad weather, doesn't leave a mess.I know if I have any problems, I can just call and leave a message, knowing they will return my call, when possible.This is not the first time, or will it be the last I use this company.
