The short version is that these guys are amazing and I highly recommend them!The longer version is that they had a lot of obstacles to overcome and still managed to produce a great product. I own a Black 2020 Chevy Silverado. We all know black vehicles can be tricky to keep looking good, which is why I looked at getting my truck ceramic coated. Before my ceramic appointment at M & S, I had my vehicle detailed/hand washed and waxed about 4 times between July and October at what I thought was a reputable business. Come to find out, I was very wrong. Upon arrival at M & S, I had a 3 day window to get my ceramic coating completed. Once M & S got all the wax and everything removed from the truck, it was evident that the previous detailer basically ruined a brand new paint job. The wax/polish was masking tons of scratches and swirls. The guys at M & S took some time to determine the best path forward. They decided that it would take a minimum of 3 step paint correction to remove the damage. This was not in the initial plan, which was 1 to 2 step paint correction. These guys worked their butts off through the night to get the paint correction done. The ceramic coating has a minimum time for curing so the only way to meet that curing deadline was to work all night. They did this without me even having to ask. They knew I had to leave town by Sunday and they made sure that was going to happen. When I got to their shop Sunday to pick up my truck, I was stunned. The paint job was night and day. I couldn't believe it looked so good especially compared to the initial damage. I thought to myself surely I'm about to be broke after their Herculean efforts. Nope...these guys still gave me a reasonable price even with all the additional work they had to do. To say I'm impressed is putting it lightly. I would recommend them to everyone and I look forward to working with them in the future. Less

As it turned out, I had my mini fleet of Audi’s all done by Ken. 2 white sports models and a black SUV. Now, that SUV is just wet, foam, rinse and blow dry....sweet! I cannot adequately express my satisfaction with M & S Detailing. My mother in law is the original owner of her 2012 Mazda5 micro-van. Over the past 7 years the Mazda has transported many fur babies, family members and everything in between. The white paint was covered in a fine moss and dirt blanket and the once tan interior became slate grey. M & S Detailing spent 18 hours and 3 passes with the fur removal tools bringing the sparkle back to the white paint and returning the interior to tan. My mother in law is beyond happy with her beloved mini Mazda and we will most definitely be sending our other vehicles to M & S Detailing. Less
