He went above and beyond to detail and remediate our vehicle’s interior, making it look and smell brand new and like it just rolled off the factory lot. It was a big job and Kenneth and his team delivered. I had to manage this project from afar and I had full faith in Kenneth starting with our very first phone call. He welcomed the vehicle to his studio so he could fit us inbetween appointments during this busy time of year. He was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process, which was very much appreciated. In addition, Kenneth went the extra mile to help me from afar when I needed to ship the car out of state to its new owner. He is an honest, hardworking businessman, and I would not hesitate to come from anywhere in the Tri-State area (or beyond) just to do business with him again. Great work and exemplary customer service! Our backup vehicle was in dire need of mold remediation. While appointments were being scheduled two months out, Kenneth allowed us to bring our truck in so he could work on it earlier if possible. Not only did he get to it quickly, he allowed us to store it until we were back in town and could pick it up. He also went the extra mile in assisting us to install the 3rd brake light that caused the water issue to begin with. Best of all, the truck looked amazing when he was finished with it! My wife and I bought our dream SUV recently and drove it to the Gulf Coast for it's maiden voyage long trip. Upon our return, we noticed that we brought back every mosquito, bug, dragonfly and road debris known to man! The entire front end of the vehicle was covered with splats, guts tar and spots! I tried cleaning it myself, but I was worried I would mess up the paint job. I contacted M&S Auto Detailing, spoke to Kenneth, and he made a timely appt. to come to our house just a few days later. He drove up the driveway with a big van fully loaded with everything he could possibly need to perform his services. Kenneth was very professional, explained how he was going to clean the vehicle, and he got to work! We were extremely pleased with what he did to get our vehicle back to the day we drove it off of the lot! I had lots of questions and he took the time to explain to me how to properly clean our vehicle from front to back, top to bottom! I've been cleaning our vehicles wrong for years! Then, a couple of days later, Kenneth texted all of the links to the products he recommended along with the details of how to properly use each one!!! Kenneth and M&S Auto Detailing are the only people my wife and I trust to clean our vehicle and will use them a minimum of 4 times a year and every time we return from a long trip. We rode in on a Wednesday in the rain. Our motorcycle was a mess. The next three days it rained so we just chilled in the cabin until Sunday. Ken from M&S auto detailing came out on a Sunday morning to detail our bike so we could ride out looking good for our Sunday brunch at wolf mountain vineyards. Such great service and compassion from these guys. I will call on them every time we visit the Georgia mountains in the future. My wife and I highly recommend them.

Ken is amazing, and goes above and beyond. My 7-year-old black Durango looks better than it did when I bought it (and black is a tough color). You can see water droplets bead off the car now, from the ceramic coating. Ken is very helpful after the job is complete as well, recommending products and care after the coating to make sure it really lasts. Definitely recommend.

They do not just detail vehicles, they work MIRACLES! One of my family members had an unfortunate accident in my boyfriend’s 2023 F250, an accident where we thought there was no coming back from. BUT we found M&S Auto Detailing and they took us in immediately, worked out such an amazing deal, detailed his truck better than before he purchased it, and we got it back the next day. Ken is the absolute best detailer around and a miracle worker. You will be blown away by the work he does!! Highly highly recommend.
