I did a Saturday workout as a walk-in while in Knoxville for the weekend and had an absolute blast. This place feels like home and everyone is so warm and welcoming. It was a fun parter WOD with plenty of challenge and no shortage of encouragement. If I lived here, this is where I’d be, no doubt.

Very welcoming facility, and very friendly staff. I came in outside regular hours and the owner let me get a workout in. Not my hometown, just in the area for drill. Great box, highly recommend you check it out!

I’m not much of the worker-outter, but lemme tell ya, the play place is state of the art! Best play place east of the Mississippi. But when I do workout, I am thoroughly impressed. The staff is great - they know my physical needs and cater the workouts so that I can improve and prevent future injuries, something I’ve had trouble with all my life. I will definitely be coming back.

I'm new to Crossfit and I must say that I picked the right place! I've been having 1 on 1's with Brittney and she has been more than helpful and patient with me, I look forward to my 3rd training and then off to the regular classes! My first day in I was greeted enthusiastically by the staff along with other gym members which made me feel welcome and again in the right place. I can tell that I will be encouraged, pushed and coached in a safe and effective manner! Looking forward to much success at CFC!

Love this gym and the coaches are awesome, doesn't matter if you've done crossfit for 10 yrs or 10 days they take the time to explain each wod to you and the modified version if that's what you need! I had never done crossfit before and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed!! You should check them out!

Highly recommended crossfit gym, dropped in one day with a friend to check it out, at first I wasn't sure if I was moving gyms, but during the class I knew that I was making CFC my new crossfit home. The coaches are amazing! No matter how many people are in the class they make sure everyone is getting the proper technique and training help they need. So supportive, motivated, and just all in all great people! The atmosphere is energetic and refreshing, everyone at CFC is like a big family! Speaking of family,CFC is very kid friendly, they have a kids room, and they can play and interact with other kids while you workout with no worries. ...and the whole gym is very clean!

They have a kid room which allows my husband and I to work out together. Coach Zach is so helpful. I just started back after having my 4th child and Zach has helped me get moving again.
