I have been going to Primal Strength Club since the beginning of the year and I'm so grateful to have taken this step in my health & fitness journey. The small class strength based workouts are challenging and the coaches are kind and motivating. I've gotten stronger but more importantly, I enjoy each class which has helped with staying consistent!

My daughter Jocelyn started a few weeks ago she absolutely loves it. Barry welcomed her and let her try a class before we fully committed. She has made lots of friends has gain strength and lot some weight. Thanks Barry

I joined 2 months ago and I wish I found this place sooner.It is rare to find a gym where you feel both welcomed and challenged.Everyone is kind and people are friendly. Perfect spot if you want motivation without intimidation.Clean and organized! Much better than big-box gyms.Shout out to Trevor for his patience and celebrating all my small wins.Shout out to Barry for always being positive and attentive.Shout out to Nicole for always making me smile while challenging me.Love ending my day with Primal strength.

Primal Strength Club is an outstanding place to train! The workouts are challenging yet fun, the trainers are highly knowledgeable and motivating, and the owner’s passion for fitness really shows in the welcoming atmosphere.
