Brian Henson did an outstanding job. Highly recommend him and Southland Homes. I have been in construction and building maintenance most of my life. if i had any question Brian was quick and professional in his respondence. also great quality at a fair price.

It's been 13 years since Robb & Scott from Southland Custom Homes built our house. So, I figure enough time has passed to evaluate the quality of construction. I could not be happier. No corners were cut. The foundation is amazing. And the Zip system they installed in 2012 was done properly. We have more than made our cost savings back in electric bills because of their attention to detail. Absolutely amazing construction on the things that matter. I see some complaints here about landscaping and grading... hire a landscaper if that's your boggle. These guys build homes... and do it the right way.

We have been in our house that Southland built for about a year and a half now, and we are still so in love with our home. What drew me to Southland was the ease of the building process with them...They are very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. I was able to choose what I wanted and was well informed of all of the details of the process. Lucrisa answered every question I had, and if there was ever an issue, she made me feel like she would get it resolved asap. Their prices are very competitive with other builders in the area and I loved that their office was centrally located in Marietta so I could stop in anytime I needed to.

We had a great design and building process with Southland, the entire process of design, permitting, land clearing and construction was under a year. We truly appreciated Southland's design assistance and flexibility as we were downsizing and looking to build a home where could comfortably age in-place. We are very pleased with our open design for entertaining and for the high end finishes throughout. No process is perfect and there were a few minor corrections, but the measure of customer service is how a company deals with those challenges. Southland always had our satisfaction as their goal. Our new Southland home was on time and on budget, and we could not be happier with our choice of builder.

We chose Southland Homes to build our new home after doing some research of the builders in North Georgia. They had the home we thought we could make work for us. We went to the Dawsonville office for a consultation with Jodi. She helped get everything going and was a great help through the entire process. Next we met Tod our building superior who approved the land and started planning what need to be done. He had a vision for the land we never saw but it turned out better than anything we had hoped for.. We started the ball rolling and from start to finish was right at twelve months as Jodi had said it would be. The were a few minor problems as the build went on and Tod took care of them quickly when we brought them to his attention. In the end we have a home that is well built and was under budget. We highly recommend Southland Homes to anyone interested in a quality home at a good price. Steve
