I’ve been going to Westca for the past 2 years and can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall well-being. The environment is welcoming, motivating, and supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey.A huge shoutout to Meaghan who trained me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. She is truly incredible at what she does—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to really understand my body and what I needed during each stage, always making me feel safe, strong, and supported. Her attention to detail and ability to tailor workouts gave me so much confidence, especially during pregnancy when everything feels uncertain. Postpartum, she continued to meet me where I was at, helping me rebuild my strength in a way that felt empowering, not overwhelming. I’ve been going to WESTCA for a couple of years now, and I love this gym. If you are a woman looking for a gym frequented by women, WESTCA has a lot of female clientele and is extremely female friendly. One of the things I appreciate most about WESTCA, is that people at WESTCA have created a feeling of community and have brought together a really great group of people.Adam is my trainer, and I love my work outs. While his works out wear me out, he’s super fun and knows the kind of encouragement I need to push myself a little further. He’s been great about modifying my work outs to accommodate injuries and help me build back up. With Adam, I’ve seen a noticeable increase in my strength and musculature. If you are looking for a knowledgable trainer, who is flexible, and keeps you on your toes with new routines, Adam is your man.
