I called Anderson and Associates, PA seeking a Real Estate Attorney. I got exactly what I wanted, and then some! For an extremely reasonable consultation fee with Susan Brosch, Real Estate Attorney, she immediately answered my question as pertaining to my new Real Estate Wholesaling Business and the possibility of my company breaking any FREC Rule 475. She stated that Wholesaling doesn't break FREC 475 rules. She went above and beyond and explained that I need to find correct legal contracts to do my Real Estate Wholesaling business. She also facilitated me with investment groups in Orlando to find buyers to convey the contracts to. Susan is an excellent Real Estate Attorney and she went above and beyond to not only answer my questions, and to also help me start my new business venture. I shall hire Susan again in the near future!
