I am a backpacker currently working in Tibooburra (one of the stop off points for Aviation Tours). I have the absolute pleasure of welcoming the team and all of their guests to the Tibooburra Hotel. Every time without fail, the party is always in high spirits and speaking so highly of their trip so far. I would like to give a special mention to Nic. Nic is an absolute credit to the team. He always get myself and the rest of the hotel staff involved in conversation with the party and always has them all laughing. He ensures no one is ever left out and every guest leaves here with great satisfaction. I would recommend Aviation Tours to anyone in full confidence that they will have the best time. I have just returned from the 6 day Lake Eyre & Opals tour and I can't stop smiling! It was just fabulous in everyway ….from the pick up to drop off. Our pilot Liam and guide Tony were professional, helpful and so accommodating - nothing was a bother. I'm saving up for my next tour! 😊

A fantastic experience seeing Lake Eyre at its best. The standard of service, the thought given to the itinerary and the attention to detail are exemplary. Huge thanks to Phil and Liam for making it such a fun and informative experience and Nick for the transfer service. What a bonus. Highly recommend Aviation Tours. Not cheap but boy o boy such a lot of enduring memories. Well done chaps. Keep up the good work.

10/10 would recommend. Nic, the host was very accomodating, up to date on his knowledge of the Great Barrier Reef and was a real pleasure to have around. If you’re looking for a laid back holiday where you are well taken care of, this is the way to go!

From accommodating Phil, with whom I booked after finding Aviation Tours on the web to the the day when Dale, our guide and father hen, and Alex, our wonderful pilot with whom we felt so safe, all 8 of us passengers, including those who had flown from interstate, agreed that the day was worth every cent. Both Dale and Alex gave us so much information, Dale over every sight we travelled to Lake Eyre and Alex as we flew over Lake Eyre North and South, once on the way up and once on the way back. We were spoilt at Marree and William Creek by the hospitality of the locals, country people at their finest and proud of their part in this wide brown land. Thank you one and all!
