Window works helped me with technical problem when no one else would! I didn’t buy shades from them but Margaret went above and beyond to help me out. One of their installers,John, came to our house and got our shade working. He spent time with us and working on our shade and thankfully all is well now! I cannot thank window works enough and will purchase all future window treatments from window works! They are fabulous!!
