Our puppy was going twice a week to their Doggy Daycare for about 2 months. In three occasions we were notified that he was biting his tail; he does that when he’s stressed or anxious. The first time they texted me and asked if they could give him Benadryl. The third time my husband went to pick him up and he was told that our puppy had multiple accidents in the crate and that he was biting his tail. He almost never has accidents in the house or his crate. He’s pretty good going outside in the AM and PM. For him to have multiple accidents he must’ve been inside a crate almost all day. We also started asking for Premium baths once a week. The first two baths were good. Last bath was crappie and a joke. They didn’t clean his eye tears and was smelly. I asked them about the eye tears and the boy who gave him the bath that day was there; he stated and I quote, "I try to stay away from the face." Our puppy will not be going back. Less

Our 3 dogs had a wonderful week while we were away on business. We didn’t worry at all about them. Playful Pups kept us informed about Jasper, Roxie and Pepper. We’ll be using their services again when we travel. Less

We are able to travel more with the confidence that our Labrador Retriever, Sunny is being loved and cared for at the Milton Grove Playful Pups Facility. Sunny runs into this place and is greeted by the Staff. This helps with our feeling of guilt. When we return from our trips, Sunny is groomed and well. We love taking our girl to Playful Pups! We started her there as a puppy in their puppy social skills program and now she goes to enrichment daycare once a week! We've also done their A to Z program (both levels), and two different training classes. We've been super happy with our experience with everything we have participated in, and our pup loves going there! I would highly recommend Playful Pups to anyone looking for daycare or training services. It was our 1st time & both my girls did well. They are very velcro dogs so I figured I would be getting a call to pick them up in a short period. Surprisingly,no calls & both enjoyed the entire day. They had a nature walk & playtime with each other. We did the Day Stay. I'm so thankful they offer this program. It worked out wonderful. I will definitely be bringing them again soon. We boarded our 5 month old mini bernedoodle, Molly, at Playful Pups for the first time, and we were so impressed with the facility and staff. Everyone was so kind! They provided helpful details to us about her stay when we picked her up and provided suggestions for how to help Molly socialize with other pups and people. Started boarding my senior shihtzu here earlier this year based on a recommendation from my groomer. I couldn't be happier with the care Riley gets at PPR. I love getting the photo updates in the Facebook group and knowing he's being much more monitored & cuddled than at my old kennel gives me SO much peace of mind while I'm traveling. It's a hike for me to drive him to Etown from New Cumberland but it's so worth it. Less
