We had a huge problem with Squirrels and Racoons in our attic. I tried to solve the problem by trapping and relocating the Squirrels to the wild. I could not do that with thew Racoons. I called Pest Pro and they sent there wild life expert out the next day. His name is Bryce Slater and he spent 5 hours at our home plugging entry areas on our two story house. He did a great job and told me to call him if I had any problems. We were totally satisfied with there service.

Edgar really knows his bugs! He came to my home and correctly diagnosed the ants that had invaded my home. He provided me with a background of this particular ant and how they would treat it. Edgar was professional, arrived on time and provided answers to all of my questions and some that I would not have thought of. I hope he is the technician who returns if I have further problems because I feel because of his knowledge, I can trust that he will solve my problem. Thank you Edgar.

Pest Pro offers great service and is very responsive. The technician that serviced our home, Richard Windsor, was professional, courteous, and thorough. I'd be happy to have him back again for future servicing. He took the time to clean up spider webs, spray ant hills, and knock down wasp nests in addition to spraying inside and outside the home.

It was easy to make an appointment. Conner and Bryce were great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Price for removal of more than 100 wasps nests was very fair. They even followed all coronavirus social distancing guidelines, which I know many people are concerned about these days. Five stars!Update: Called them back for a second round and the process was again smooth. Also had them spray for spiders. I wasn't home at the time, but service tech Brad Wilson called me and we worked everything out over the phone. Very satisfied with Brad's professionalism and service. And again, the price was very fair.Update: Used them again for wasps and box elder bugs. Another great experience. Great service from Packer!11/8/23 Update: Used them again for spiders. Yet another great experience! Bryce did the work himself this time.5/30/24 Update: Another perfect experience spraying got wasps, spiders, and ants. Bryce is a pleasure to work with. And I appreciate that the company doesn't overdo it pressure to enter into a subscription contract when these spot treatments have served me adequately. I have friends that have recently complained about subscription services from competing companies.
