Our townhomes have issues with Pigeons nesting in the alcoves near the roofs. Several neighbors have used Pest Pro and referred me. I'm so happy I called. Bryce was great! We hired Pest Pro to help up with some squirrels living in our ceiling of our new home. Since the house we moved into had been severely neglected for 2 years, these squirrels had been living there for years and were stubborn to be evicted.We had the pleasure of working with Bryce S. as our pest pro specialist. Bryce S. was efficient, courteous, and patient with our squirrel problem. Needless to say, Bryce had to come visit our home about 5-6 times and try all alternative methods to evict the squirrels. He even helped us rescue a baby raccoon that was stuck in an escape window.What really stood out to us about Bryce S. was the customer service factor. He always called to check in on how we were doing and if the problem was still persistent. We never had to call him to get someone to come back out. At the end of the issue, we had to set up humane traps to capture and evict the squirrels. I was so worried about their safety and health in the humane traps, but Bryce S. came by our house after hours at 9pm to retrieve the squirrels and release them into a safe/new location. He even answered all my million questions about trying not to hurt the squirrels and ways to save the baby nests (luckily there were none found!)We were so impressed with the service we received from Bryce S., we hired him to do the bug spraying for our property for the Summer. Bryce S. and pest pro will be our go to for any future “pest problems” and we cannot recommend them enough.

Total waste! I paid for an inspection and estimate of services on 16 June. The on-site inspection had several ideas that were promised to be sent in estimate. I received no follow-up so I called after two weeks and requested the inspection/estimate. I received an email saying "we will bet back to you." Two weeks later: (10 July) nothing. What a fraud!

Came home from a 2 week vacation to a home infested with ants. Not a great way to come back from a trip. Called pest pro, and Connor came out the next day - he arrived right when he said he would, was super kind and attentive, walked around our property and did a great job of thoroughly spraying for ants and spiders both inside and out. We’ve now signed up for regular maintenance sprays with them and hopefully won’t ever come back home to trails of ants making their way across our house.
