Additionally we had Bryce S. come out as a wildlife expert and we put together a good plan to prevent further woodpecker damage. Would definitely recommend. They are a great team.

Ordered online for plug-ins and ordered Aug 12, 2026 and still waiting and it’s Sept 1, still haven’t received my order but keep getting the same response from support with no real answer. Can’t track my order because it doesn’t show other than order is ready. Paid for and you already have your money but to no real answer.

It was easy to make an appointment. Conner and Bryce were great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Price for removal of more than 100 wasps nests was very fair. They even followed all coronavirus social distancing guidelines, which I know many people are concerned about these days. Five stars!Update: Called them back for a second round and the process was again smooth. Also had them spray for spiders. I wasn't home at the time, but service tech Brad Wilson called me and we worked everything out over the phone. Very satisfied with Brad's professionalism and service. And again, the price was very fair.Update: Used them again for wasps and box elder bugs. Another great experience. Great service from Packer!11/8/23 Update: Used them again for spiders. Yet another great experience! Bryce did the work himself this time.5/30/24 Update: Another perfect experience spraying got wasps, spiders, and ants. Bryce is a pleasure to work with. And I appreciate that the company doesn't overdo it pressure to enter into a subscription contract when these spot treatments have served me adequately. I have friends that have recently complained about subscription services from competing companies. Used this company for months with no issues until one tech, on a visit where my wife was home alone, decided a friendly conversation meant he could ask for her personal phone number. Put on the spot in her own home, she felt pressured to give it. Someone we PAY to service our home should never put a customer in that position.After I reported him, he texted her directly with excuses, making it even more uncomfortable. We cancelled entirely. Be cautious booking this company if anyone in your home may be alone during appointments.

Ryan did a good job of spraying and reloading my bait stations. I feel this is an important time to keep rodents and insects out of the house. He also sprayed for ants under my hummingbird feeders where the nectar has dripped. Pest Pro has also removed raccoons when needed.

Bryce Bollinger did a great job treating our wasp problem. He identified a few potential nests and treated them with wasp dust, whereas the prior 2 technicians only sprayed which did not properly treat the problem. Hopefully this latest treatment finally solves our problem.

PestPro is amazing as a whole! Had a very big problem with earwigs, inside and out of my parents home. From the very beginning of getting quotes and picking the best service for my parents, to the billing being easy, to the amazing technician Aidan Reid, I am over the moon with PestPro. They took such good care of my parents, even while I live out of state. My parents said Aidan was very kind, answered all their questions, and was able to even give them advice on how to better prevent other infestations! Cancellation policy is a trap. Service was fine but if you ever want to cancel, they play hide and seek to make sure you can never contact the right person to cancel. Very unethical business practice. BUYER BEWARE!

Our townhomes have issues with Pigeons nesting in the alcoves near the roofs. Several neighbors have used Pest Pro and referred me. I'm so happy I called. Bryce was great! He climbed up to examine the issue, took pictures and went over the best method of fixing the issue. He offered a fair price and was able to complete the work the same day. Total waste! I paid for an inspection and estimate of services on 16 June. The on-site inspection had several ideas that were promised to be sent in estimate. I received no follow-up so I called after two weeks and requested the inspection/estimate. I received an email saying "we will bet back to you." Two weeks later: (10 July) nothing. What a fraud!
