I feel so deflated and disappointed. As a stay-at-home mom, I have discovered some pests in my home; primarily Indian Meal Moths, Drain Fly Larvae, and possible Carpet Beetles. I've been trying to get rid of these for months with consistent and excruciating effort. I finally reached out to Saela and felt like the weight of the world was lifted because someone else would validate and treat my concerns.Our technician, Michael, completely ignored me the entire time and was so unprofessional; he would only look at and speak to my husband (they got along swimmingly). I mentioned the Meal Moths, he opened one cupboard that didn't have ANY potential food sources and then later quietly told my husband that he saw no signs of an infestation and therefore would not treat for them. He also made fun of and laughed at other customers that have sent him pictures of what they thought were bugs/cocoons, but he said was just lint.I tried to bring up Drain Fly larvae, and he turned away from me and looked at my husband and said to just use enzymatic cleaner and it'll take care of it. I've already done that, on my own, for months. In his report, he put that he treated for ants. Ants have never been an issue and not even why I hired them.I've been fighting this alone for months because nobody saw what I saw and my concerns were ignored. An exterminator felt like the answer and help I desperately needed.Days after he left, I found LIVE Drain Flies AND Meal moths in my bathroom and kitchen! What a waste of $130, and all just to be completed ignored. He also never checked/inspected my carpets or furniture for Carpet Beetles.I feel more defeated now than I did before. Like my concerns were a joke. I can't even explain how disappointed I am.

i placed an order with PestPro on 8/29, and they charged my credit card the same day. On 9/14 they confirmed that while the order was shown as "fulfilled" in their system, they had no tracking info for the order. On 9/18, they acknowledged that they couldn't find the order said they had "issued a refund". On 9/24, that refund hasn't appeared in my account at my card issuer's website. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THEM!!! I've initiated a dispute with my card company. I only gave them one star because ZERO, or NEGATIVE, stars wasn't an option

It was easy to make an appointment. Conner and Bryce were great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Price for removal of more than 100 wasps nests was very fair. They even followed all coronavirus social distancing guidelines, which I know many people are concerned about these days. Five stars!Update: Called them back for a second round and the process was again smooth. Also had them spray for spiders. I wasn't home at the time, but service tech Brad Wilson called me and we worked everything out over the phone. Very satisfied with Brad's professionalism and service. And again, the price was very fair.Update: Used them again for wasps and box elder bugs. Another great experience. Great service from Packer!11/8/23 Update: Used them again for spiders. Yet another great experience! Bryce did the work himself this time.5/30/24 Update: Another perfect experience spraying got wasps, spiders, and ants. Bryce is a pleasure to work with. And I appreciate that the company doesn't overdo it pressure to enter into a subscription contract when these spot treatments have served me adequately. I have friends that have recently complained about subscription services from competing companies. Used this company for months with no issues until one tech, on a visit where my wife was home alone, decided a friendly conversation meant he could ask for her personal phone number. Put on the spot in her own home, she felt pressured to give it. Someone we PAY to service our home should never put a customer in that position.After I reported him, he texted her directly with excuses, making it even more uncomfortable. We cancelled entirely. Be cautious booking this company if anyone in your home may be alone during appointments.

Ryan did a good job of spraying and reloading my bait stations. I feel this is an important time to keep rodents and insects out of the house. He also sprayed for ants under my hummingbird feeders where the nectar has dripped. Pest Pro has also removed raccoons when needed.
