Travis is awesome! I went to One Nine for help with chronic shoulder pain and within just a few weeks he had me pain free and back to my regular workouts. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.

My experience doing physical therapy with One Nine was beyond better than any other therapy I’ve gotten done before. I tragically tore my ACL, and after only 5 sessions, I noticed a drastic improvement within my mobility, strength, inflammation, stability, and comfort. Along with the magical level of recovery each session brought to my knee health, the community at One Nine is filled with welcoming and loving people that treat you not only as a patient but also family. And a specific shout out to my physical therapist Travis; he will heal you up like nobody’s business, and make the journey a whole lot more fun and rewarding. Thank you One Nine, you have done wonders for my knee, and have given me a great experience I will always remember.

Our son who is a high school baseball and football player has been going to One Nine for several years. Dave and Travis have been instrumental in his recovery from various injuries over the years. They are genuinely invested in his success and the customer service is the best out there. The app is also great for my son to implement exercises at home. One Nine is the best out there!

I had severe plantar fasciitis, but Travis helped me heal. He used targeted stretching, deep massage, and laser therapy on my ligament and ankle. He is very skilled and super nice! I feel the laser therapy worked tremendously- the day I golfed a full 18 holes at Torrey Pines, I went in after the round and felt almost completely pain free the next day. I am getting better every single day with the comprehensive treatment I am receiving!

Love this place. I went here for sciatica pain and left feeling better from manual adjustments, as well as a plan to maintain and improve it. Travis and Dave took care of me.

One Nine has been amazing for me the staff is great and Travis also takes good care of his patients and is fun to talk to as well so its not just only physical therapy. They also do laser and that has helped me tremendously with injuries in my past and has helped them heal quicker in my opinion.

OneNine Physical Therapy group has been fantastic in helping me recover from ongoing shoulder and hip issues. I’ve worked with multiple therapists at both the Solana Beach and Carlsbad locations, and every one of them has been thorough, professional, and supportive. Their combination of targeted exercises, hands-on work, and dry needling has made a real difference in my pain and mobility. The therapists take time to explain what they’re doing and tailor each session to how I’m feeling that day. The dry needling in particular has helped release tight muscles around my shoulder and hip, and I’ve noticed better range of motion and less discomfort afterward. I feel genuinely cared for at OneNine and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with stubborn shoulder or hip pain, especially if you’re interested in adding needling to your treatment plan.

Absolutely the best PT’s! I spent several months working with Kat at One Nine after my TKR. I’m stronger than ever and back to all my favorite activities. The PTs here work with you. They listen to your needs and create a treatment plan that meets your goals. Nothing cookie cutter about their approach to helping you heal and recover!

Caroline has been amazing in helping me get back stronger after a procedure on my lower back. She is a great person and even better PT. I am very pleased with my progress under Caroline's supervision.

I just had to write a review for Caroline G! I’m post-op L total hip replacement 2 yrs ago, as well as have an old L ACL graft in my knee and I suffered a lumbar disc work injury 4 yrs ago. I’m 60 yrs old and in good health otherwise.Despite 4 months post-op attending a local run of the mill PT clinic and living an active lifestyle, I’ve felt my recovery has left me weakened, dealing with pain and mobility impairment. Because I’m an equestrian athlete, it’s been especially demoralizing to feel like I’ve not been riding my best.I’m happy to report Caroline has changed my life! She’s developed a sports medicine approach to my PT workouts with a focus on strengthening, endurance, applying traction and deep tissue massage. Today I rode an advanced level drill performance, while carrying a USA flag on horseback. The wind was whipping my flag, which added increased resistance and the need for a strong body. I have no pain or discomfort this evening and feel great.Thank you Caroline for tailoring my treatment plan to fit my lifestyle. I appreciate your overall friendly, intelligent and caring vibe. Sincerely, Juanita

My experience with Caroline was amazing she assessed my knee injury right away and got me working on mobility and building confidence in my rehab. Ive been in pain for two weeks and it felt better just after one session, so getting the right treatment and exercises made the biggest difference. I’m so grateful for the care at one nine!!

I highly recommend Caroline Gonyea at One Nine Physical Therapy located in the La Costa Business Center. Knowledgeable and friendly, Caroline makes you feel comfortable and confident about the treatment you receive while working to improve your physical being. Caroline never takes you past your level of comfort, working with you to help you reach your goals of getting back to your best self!

Caroline and Travis are incredible. Super professonal and effective! They know their craft and produce significant and measuable results! My daughter has Ehler's Danlos (which is a complex genetic connective tissue disease) and even with that, they have been able to produce visable lasting results within a month.

Caroline is great...making my knee replacement heal properly. She knows how to get muscles working again. She is the BESTKaren

Caroline was amazing to work with. She got my daughter back on the volleyball court in short order. I would definitely recommend her for all your PT needs.

Jocelyn was awesome. I’m looking forward to my next PT appointment with her.

Caroline is outstanding! I went to her in pain and feeling down, after having tried so many things (chiro, massage, exercises). She ran me through an assessment and figured out what the issue was, giving me game-changing exercises, that got me moving again. She’s continued to help me along and educate me. She shows up every time with a positive attitude, a joy for what she does and a clear understanding of the body.

John is great

I got the best PT session ever with Travis this week. He’s attentive, knows his stuff, has the strength to dig into the root of the problem and is an all around good guy. He worked on my elbow tendinitis and arthritic shoulders and shoulders haven’t felt this loose in a long time.

The OneNine team is second to none…personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Dave and Travis are the best. Their expertise is evident from evaluation through treatment to recovery. Thanks for getting me back the activities I enjoy. Appreciate you guys!

I love One Nine, it feels like home every time I walk in. They are professional, caring, and truly invested in your recovery. As an athlete who’s dealt with injuries, the One Nine Physical Therapists have helped me through it all, especially Travis and Kat. Recently, I’ve been going to the La Costa Clinic and Travis always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care I need. I couldn’t ask for a better team!

Absolutely will recommend this P.T place to everyone. They are great with kids & have helped my daughters with strengthening there knees. Everyone there is so friendly & we love this place.

Travis is an amazing physical therapist. He is great with athletes. He’s really helping my daughter recover from knee surgery and get ready to go back to playing sports..

Travis is so amazing with his clients ! He has helped both our teens recover quickly from sports injuries. A+++ Can't recommend enough!!!

I had such a great experience with Jaclyn at One Nine! I had a snapped ligament in my foot and she helped me get back to the things I love like pilates and climbing. So much appreciation!

Dave at One Nine did a great job, first assessing the core problem and then developing a protocol to eliminate my lower back spasms. I’ve been to a number of other physical therapy facilities, and this is by far the most professional staff. Highly recommended!

travis is great! friendly environment with great people. very helpful to the needs of each patient.

Phenomenal staff and extremely thorough. The team made me feel welcome and right at home as I worked through a rotator cuff issue. I felt the team was incredibly well versed in the rehab process and available options and got me back in the game as quick as ever. The staff is friendly and the company as a whole has an incredible energy. Couldn't recommend higher.

Travis was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and professional. My sprained ankle started feeling better already, within session. Looking forward to a quick recovery.

Best people, best trainers, thank you for years of great service.
