One Nine has been amazing for me the staff is great and Travis also takes good care of his patients and is fun to talk to as well so its not just only physical therapy. They also do laser and that has helped me tremendously with injuries in my past and has helped them heal quicker in my opinion.

OneNine Physical Therapy group has been fantastic in helping me recover from ongoing shoulder and hip issues. I’ve worked with multiple therapists at both the Solana Beach and Carlsbad locations, and every one of them has been thorough, professional, and supportive. Their combination of targeted exercises, hands-on work, and dry needling has made a real difference in my pain and mobility.The therapists take time to explain what they’re doing and tailor each session to how I’m feeling that day. The dry needling in particular has helped release tight muscles around my shoulder and hip, and I’ve noticed better range of motion and less discomfort afterward. I feel genuinely cared for at OneNine and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with stubborn shoulder or hip pain, especially if you’re interested in adding needling to your treatment plan.

I just had to write a review for Caroline G! I’m post-op L total hip replacement 2 yrs ago, as well as have an old L ACL graft in my knee and I suffered a lumbar disc work injury 4 yrs ago. I’m 60 yrs old and in good health otherwise.Despite 4 months post-op attending a local run of the mill PT clinic and living an active lifestyle, I’ve felt my recovery has left me weakened, dealing with pain and mobility impairment. Because I’m an equestrian athlete, it’s been especially demoralizing to feel like I’ve not been riding my best.I’m happy to report Caroline has changed my life! She’s developed a sports medicine approach to my PT workouts with a focus on strengthening, endurance, applying traction and deep tissue massage. Today I rode an advanced level drill performance, while carrying a USA flag on horseback. The wind was whipping my flag, which added increased resistance and the need for a strong body. My experience with Caroline was amazing she assessed my knee injury right away and got me working on mobility and building confidence in my rehab. Ive been in pain for two weeks and it felt better just after one session, so getting the right treatment and exercises made the biggest difference. I’m so grateful for the care at one nine!!

Caroline and Travis are incredible. Super professonal and effective! They know their craft and produce significant and measuable results! My daughter has Ehler's Danlos (which is a complex genetic connective tissue disease) and even with that, they have been able to produce visable lasting results within a month.

Caroline is outstanding! I went to her in pain and feeling down, after having tried so many things (chiro, massage, exercises). She ran me through an assessment and figured out what the issue was, giving me game-changing exercises, that got me moving again. She’s continued to help me along and educate me. She shows up every time with a positive attitude, a joy for what she does and a clear understanding of the body.

I got the best PT session ever with Travis this week. He’s attentive, knows his stuff, has the strength to dig into the root of the problem and is an all around good guy. He worked on my elbow tendinitis and arthritic shoulders and shoulders haven’t felt this loose in a long time.

Phenomenal staff and extremely thorough. The team made me feel welcome and right at home as I worked through a rotator cuff issue.
