This was a fantastic family outing. The children had plenty of activities to choose from and were entertained for hours. We also found several places to relax and enjoy the day. The park was clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Really enjoyed the overall experience here. There was a good balance between adventurous water rides and quieter areas where you could simply relax. The surroundings were clean, the water areas looked well maintained, and the staff were always pleasant.

Great day out at Waterworld! The staff were brilliant from reception through to the poolside — friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout. The wave pool was great fun and kept everyone entertained. A really enjoyable day out with the kids and we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing day out. Visited with a 10 year old and 12 year old. They got the most out of it as they were above 1.4m. I think my 8 year old would have been annoyed that he couldn't go on the bigger slides but there still would have been plenty to do. I was expecting it to be tired but was really pleasantly surprised. Yes, some of the fake palms could do with some more leaves and yes the paints a bit scruffy but actually I thought it was in really good condition. The range of slides was brilliant. From smaller group ones to the slightly slower ones through the tube ones (we all loved the tubes on the hurricane / typhoon area as they were so pretty). Parking was easy. For the experience we had it was well worth the money. The kids said it was the best day out they'd had. The location of the hot tub in the centre was a genius stroke of master planning where you could sit and your kids were almost forced to walk past you and check in with you between slides. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Had a disabled child with me and there was no sensory overload from harsh lighting or unnecessary music!

As a geriatric open water diver I had 3 great days diving with these guys. Many thanks to Cat, David, Monia, the devilishly handsome Marco, the coolest guy in Kamari, and the irrepressible and gregarious captain of the ship, Robert; all kept under control by the fabulous Yanna. We did 2 days diving off a rib, and a day's shore diving, 2no c50 minute dives each day. 2 walls, 2 reefs and a wreck. Wall diving an active volcano is epic. Dive White Island! 30m+ viz and 23° in September!! What's not to love? All the hire gear is in great nick and they are very safety conscious without being overbearing I'm going to see if I can convince my beautiful wife to let me out for a fourth day. Lots of slides catering to different ages, wave pool and rapids were good fun. Toilets were disgusting and needed more regular cleans. Also would be better if they divided the stairs so it's clearer that you can form 2 queues when there is more than 1 slide at the top. Apart from that we all really enjoyed it and would visit again.

After checking the reviews after I’d booked to go I was a little apprehensive about going.So glad we did though as we had a great time, kids absolutely loved it.Cleanliness was alright , queues wasn’t too bad especially for a Saturday. Overall we had a fantastic time and taught me a lesson not to let bad reviews put you off.Wondering if some of the bad review was down to school summer holidays.5 stars from us will definitely come again.
