The water park itself was nice and clean also considering it was Saturday it wasn't too busy or too overcrowded. There is plenty of slides and attractions for every age group I would say. A bit pricey and paying extra for parking with already high tickets prices is a bit annoying but well. The only and a massive downside were the changing area, there is limited space between lockers and changing room itself so if someone is trying to get into the lockers person in the changing room has to wait or squeeze which is annoying especially during peak time. Also the state of the changing rooms is disappointing, some of them are really filthy full or rubbish and even ladies sanitary products stuck onto the walls - absolutely disgusting 🫣 should be checked by staff more often to avoid such a experience.

We visited on a Saturday morning, arrived at 10.30. Plenty of space to park. We left around 2pm and the car park was very full. We spent approximately 3 hours in the pool area which was more than enough. The staff were friendly and the lifeguards were very vigilant, especially those on the wave pool when people were ignoring the safety signs regarding weak swimmers. We didn't queue for much longer than 5-10 minutes for the slides, but as the day went on it got busier. The slides that require tubes had the biggest queues. It feels like they could do with more tubes.

Today, there was an altercation in one of the queues for the slides but the staff handled this perfectly. Thank you so much to those staff who helped us - especially a male member of staff (in the management team!) apologies for not getting your name! But thank you!
