Rafay, the Sales Person, was outstanding! Recommended a good system for my needs and promptly organised the installation works. I understand different trades are engaged for different jobs, so the 1 star short of 5 was due to- didn't clean up the debris in the rooms- rubbish left behindI have heard other trades did clean up after themselves.As far as 60 Shades is concerned, I am happy and have already referred others to them. Had 5 head midea vrf system installed to replace the gas central heating unit. I dealt with Rafay on the phone who was great start to finish, was happy to answer all of my very much novice questions. Installation went well on the day with no unexpected surprises. Btw the smart home app is great, don't need to use the controllers at all. Very happy with the experience overall.
