They took the time to answer questions, gave good advice, and updated me on everything including taking pictures for my records . The crew was equally professional, worked around the rain, my pots, moved patio furniture, no damages and ended with a detailed clean up. When an accidental oil leak stained my siding and walkway, they immediately arranged for a clean up. Being a single mom, I worried of being taken advantage of. Far from it. Bobby is an honest person and explain all necessary way to successfully finish the job. We had our roof done recently and they did an awesome job. Very friendly, professional and the job was completed within 12 hours and before all the rain received our roof had a couple of leaky spots now we are drier than ever and our home seems much cooler inside that in previous years. So I would like to start this review off by saying that with my journey on getting estimates for my roof, by far roofsmart has been the most efficient company that I have dealt with. within 1.5 hrs of my initial inquiries on getting my roof replaced I not only did I have 5 estimates in my hand (email) but also a follow up call from Wade Ledoux, who was absolutely amazing to deal with. A very informative young man, I have signed with them and within a day we had a schedule lined up to replace the roof. So far I am very impressed with the company and especially wade. we are booked in weather permitting to be completed by march 20th. looking forward to meeting more of the crew. I will follow up after the installation to comment on the work and the project.mar. 28/26: update, I will try and keep this brief , shout out to the project manager as well he was in constant contact about the timing for delivery of material and bin and the install crew. Extremely impressed with how the company works and the the great job they did on the roof. If I could give 7 stars I would.
