UPDATE 11/3/25: Today marks one year of working with Coach Nick. Working with Nick has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself in my entire life. From day one, he took the time to understand my goals, lifestyle, job, and personal challenges and made a plan for me that was realistic, personalized, and effective. I have shed fat, gained muscle, transformed my body - and a year later now feel SO strong. Nick has helped me set and track macros, has personalized my workouts, and provides incredible feedback. He has motivated and supported me every step of the way, and has created a process for me that feels sustainable long-term. In the last year, I have more energy, increased strength and endurance, an understanding of food and nutrition, and have gained the tools to navigate any situation life throws at me. I am healthier both physically and mentally. I have achieved new heights in my health, fitness, and even my career because of working with Nick. I have achieved fitness goals that I never thought were attainable and continue to set higher and higher goals - for example, summiting peaks over 14,000 feet high, traveling to Peru to complete the Inca Trail, and completing the Manitou Incline. If you are looking for a coach who genuinely cares, pushes you to reach your potential, and celebrates your wins right along side you, I couldn't recommend Nick more.Original review 2024: Nick has been my coach for several months and I’m looking forward to working with him for the long-term. I really needed to take control of my health and he has not only helped me to attain improved health, but so much personal mental growth as well. He is so encouraging, always has time for me, and has provided coaching that is easy to follow. He has stuck with me every step of the way, even when my life has been chaotic, and he has helped me learn how to navigate those times.
