If you need a person you can truly trust, who will have your best interest at heart and go above and beyond to get you what you need and want, Charlie is your man. He helped my business partner and I find the space of our dreams. I can’t say enough how much I recommend Charlie. He goes so above and beyond. His communication is top notch. He has a great understanding of a lot of neighborhoods and if he doesn’t - he’ll find out. He has that kind of dedication that’s really hard to find in someone. He’s one of those people that is beyond committed to making you happy, it’s amazing. and I have to say he negotiated SO hard for my business partner and I. The real estate agent that was on the other side, was playing all types of weird games, had a super poor communication style, and Charlie grabbed that situation by the horns, took control. My business partner and I have tough schedules and Charlie was so accommodating and working around our schedule and even taking calls after work hours to help us. Mr. Chiquillo is the most honest and most professional realtor I have ever met. He doesn’t try to upsell you, in fact he truly shows how much he cares about finding your forever home. He works with you and shows patience when it comes to your credit score, your wages, income to debt ratio etc. Although I live in Texas he and another local realtor were essential into buying the home that was right for me in Houston.
