I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship. I bought my 5th wheel in to have my heater repaired and to have my roof covered so I wouldn't have to ever seal anything again. Before and after pics. Our 2009 trailer had sustained some water damage around one of the skylights. Bailey & Sons removed the roof membrane, replace damaged trusses and repaired the roof, skylight and all vents. Very transparent, fast and quality work. I’m sure the roof will outlast the rest of the trailer. Highly recommend.

Roof coating was done very well. Beat the time estimate they initially gave, done quicker. Installed a new awning and strengthen my steps structure. All at the price previously estimated, although step repare was not included in the estimate. Communicated with me on a timely basis. They were concerned about my unit, even going the extra mile to move a case of water left in it so that any freezing would not cause damage. Their facility is nice. Plenty of space to have your unit serviced in. 2nd family member to have them do work, 3rd considering their roof protection.
