We moved into Stonecrest last year, and it was immediately obvious that our new house desperately needed landscaping work. The property had a lousy lawn, almost no landscaping, and a backyard with virtually nothing done to it. Shawn and the team at New Image Hardscapes & Pavers completely transformed our property. They built beautiful multi-level retaining walls throughout the front yard, installed 20–30 trees, shrubs, and plants, and used multiple types of high-end stone that gave the entire property a custom, upscale look. The difference between what we started with and what we have now is honestly incredible.What impressed us most was that this company does far more than just hardscapes. They helped improve our irrigation system, corrected drainage problems left behind by the previous owner, and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the entire process. You could immediately tell that Shawn and his crew care just as much about design and long-term functionality as they do about the final appearance. Everything was done with attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in their work.Even after the project was complete, their follow-through continued to impress us. After the cold winter, a couple of trees unfortunately did not survive, and they replaced them with even better ones without hesitation. That level of customer service is hard to find today. Considering the amount of work they performed and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship, the pricing was more than reasonable.
