Recent rain and storms flooded our basement and raised the water table so significantly that we couldn’t keep up with water intake. They offered recommendations to allow us to be able to build a barrier and sleep at night until they were able to complete the installation in May. The entire crew was efficient and so respectful, even gave me ear plugs since I’m night shift and needed to sleep while they were working hard. Every question I’ve had thereafter is always answered quickly via email. Dry otter has now saved our home twice! Thank you all so much.

The technicians who came out were very professional and kind. They repaired a few cracks in my basement and pointed out another crack to watch. They were not pushy about repairing it. Cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be using this company again.

Last year we had 6 inches of water in our basement after torrential downpours. We had Dry Otter put in a trench drain and sump pump in our lower garage early this spring and we couldn't be happier. Our experience with Dry Otter was above and beyond our expectations! We discovered (by way of sopping wet carpet in our exposed lower level) that there was a foundation crack. We called Dry Otter as it had to be accessed via the exterior portion of the foundation wall and they are one of the few, if only, that can access and do that type of repair. They assessed and found the crack quickly, returned promptly, excavated the area, sealed and fixed the area thoroughly, as well as replaced the soil and landscaping leaving it as though nothing had been disturbed!It has held tight through 2 years now of torrential storms and temperature changes. We could not be happier with the job they performed, their professionalism, ease to work with and the value of the price from start to finish!
