They came multiple times whenever needed, including for measurements, to make sure everything was proper and perfect before starting the work.Once you give them the job, you do not have to worry about anything. They take responsibility and complete the work 100% the right way. I am extremely disappointed with this business. We have a sink that we needed a counter top replaced. Was given a quote for them to come out to measure, was told to stop by the store to choose the granite we liked and then they would schedule a time for them to replace the top. We went to the store this week to see the options and no one was there to take care of us. About an hour and a half after we received a text letting us know they had a doctor's appointment but that they would be there to take care of us. We decided to drive back since we were about 15 min away. However, when we made it back I explained the sink was not installed and that I could bring it to the store if it would be cheaper. The lady that was there said she only took measurements information and to call the number on the card to get an updated quote. We made the appointment to take the sink to them on Saturday which they said it was by appointment only. Couldn't get a response of updated quote even though I provided exact measurements and pictures of what we needed. Drove from Loveland to Lebanon to Fairfield only to have them not show up for our scheduled time. I tried communicating via calls and texts prior to my appointment with still zero communication back and hope that they would be there at our scheduled time only to have our calls and texts continued to get ignored. Very very disappointed because we also had a kitchen we wanted to quote. This people do not care about their business. Do not waste your time gas or energy..Estoy extremadamente desilusionada de este negocio. No es un negocio serio. La falta de comunicación y seriedad para sus clientes es sorprendente. We have used The Eagles Granite twice now for two homes we have owned. They do exceptional work. Their prices are very competitive and the install always goes very fast. We have used them for granite and quartz. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t use any other company.
