I joined Code 5 about six months ago, and my only regret is not starting sooner! Before joining, I constantly struggled to stay motivated and consistent with training. Even with a home gym setup, I’d manage a few workouts one week, only to fall off completely the next.Since joining Code 5, my whole approach to fitness has changed. The classes are different every day, which keeps things exciting and engaging, and the coaching team is second to none — always friendly, supportive, and pushing us to be our best. On top of that, the community is amazing, with regular competitions and fun “sweat and sip” sessions that make training social as well as rewarding.These days, I average 5–7 sessions a week and honestly feel like I can’t start my day without a Code 5 workout. The consistency, energy, and results have been life-changing. A huge thank you to the entire Code 5 team for creating such a positive environment!
