A supply line behind our fridge let go and water sat under the flooring before we noticed. Water Removal Services Houston came out the same day and started the water extraction right away. They pulled the fridge out, checked the subfloor with moisture meters, and confirmed how far the water had spread instead of guessing. The water removal and flood damage cleanup were done neatly, and the water damage restoration brought the flooring back to normal. Straightforward pricing and no upselling.

We had a sewage backup that flooded part of our lower level and it was a mess, to say the least. These guys came out fast, handled the sewage cleanup properly, and made sure the area was sanitized before they finished the water damage restoration. Their response time was quick and they were respectful of our home from the moment they walked in. Communication was clear the entire time. I'd recommend them to anyone in Houston dealing with water removal or flood damage cleanup.

Our upstairs neighbor had a leak that flooded our condo’s ceiling and walls. Water Removal Services Houston responded immediately, assessed the damage, and started the drying process right away. They also helped us navigate the insurance claim, making things much easier. Their service was professional, efficient, and highly effective.

Water Removal Services Houston was incredibly helpful when we had a flood in the upstairs bathroom which necessitated our moving to a hotel. They packed out our entire kitchen, living room and den and wrapped our furniture just as if we were moving and emptied and packed the linen closet and hall closet. Each carton was labeled and placed in a back room for maximum protection of our items. When we eventually moved back into our house they were there when promised with our furniture and everything that needed assembling was done with the utmost care. The crew that we had was delightful to work with and they truly helped make a terrible experience better! My husband and I highly recommend them.

Our crawl space was filled with standing water after heavy rains. I didn't even know who to call. These guys came out same day and did an incredible water extraction job. They pumped out everything and set up dehumidifiers. Now our crawl space is dry and odor-free.
