My cousin is from Boise and sought help from HPT while she was staying in Pocatello while her mother was ill. She highly recommended this office and I appreciate the one-on-one care I have received from all staff. I have had PT, shockwave therapy, and counterstrain procedures. At each visit I was given personal attention and felt the whole team was concerned with my progress. I highly recommend this office to all patients needing physical therapy. Not only will they get you back to previous strength, they also have certified training in various areas. I had severe swelling in my arm and leg following hip and shoulder replacement. Jesica Kam, a specialist in Manual Lymph Drainage, worked with me each session to lessen the swelling through light massage and compression. I saw results in days! Kim, Katrina, and Jesica are phenomenal at their jobs and truly care for your individual health. HPT has many different programs to offer an individual in need. Get healthy at HPT!!

This is the best physical therapy for backs, knees, and neck! The therapists are all highly trained and use a variety of methods such as pressure points, heat/cold packs, gentle exercises, etc to fit your personal needs. My back pain has been tremendously reduced and I'm able to do things again. My knee and neck pain are gone. If you are looking for personal care and want to avoid a high-impact exercise physical therapy program that only serves to injure you, then Highland Physical Therapy is the place to go.

I highly recommend Highland Physical Therapy. Their assessment of my physical needs were spot on! I started out with some difficulty walking without support and proper in balance. The management and staff are friendly, helpful and made every visit a very pleasant experience. The treatment and exercises improved my balance, my breathing, muscle tone and ability to exercise on my own at home. I also gained valuable pointers for pain management and dealing with such common things as carrying groceries and other supplies into the house, doing laundry and other household chores safely.

My first experience was really good with the shock wave therapy. It was at a workshop, I had it done on just my right knee, for FREE! Then I tried it on both knees in a following visit, first they observed me as I walked up the stairs trying to look normal and be strong, it hurt, but I thought I did good, then I got the treatment and Kimberly ask me to try the stairs again, I couldn’t believe the difference! ZERO pain! This might not be the same for others, for me it was a miracle! I have arthritis in all my joints, my knees bother me most, so this shock wave therapy is worth it! I can’t thank Highland Physical Therapy enough! I’ve been pain free for about 3 months and I’m scheduling another appointment soon to keep it at bay.

The staff at Highland Physical Therapy have helped me immensely with my different issues I’ve had. From pelvic floor therapy after I had my child to my plantar fasciitis, they helped me through it. When my child wasn’t meeting his milestones, the staff helped him improve and do really well in his development. I recommend them to anyone seeking a physical therapist!

Great physical therapy. They give very personal service tailored to your needs. The group has different skill sets and they will pair you with someone that can provide what you need for that session. The most important part is that it is one on one therapy. So they give you the exercise to do and then help you to do it or watch and make sure you don’t make mistakes. I am more used to having a therapist come by, give directions go see another couple patients and then come back and ask, “are you done?”. This is important because doing the exercise and doing it correctly makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommended.

Highland Physical Therapy has a team of beautiful young ladies who are knowledgeable in their trade and make going in for Therapy a true pleasure. They stuck with me until I was released. Excellent at what they do! They have a variety of therapists who follow their protocols with ease and made me feel as if I were their only concern. There was no running around helping other patients/ clients. Their sole effort is put into you... the patient ,for the full hour. I have been there twice over the years for 2 different problems and I am still impressed with their services and will gladly return to them if I need their services again!

From pre surgery to post and even beyond after I had a car accident that set me back, these guys helped me the whole journey, I couldn't be more thankful for such a dedicated team!
