Owner seems to genuinely care about the quality of the service and customer satisfactions. The technicians performing the service did not. The job was started at 1400 hours, and part one did not complete until after 2230 hours. Numerous times he was infirmed I had to go to work the next day Abd needed to get to bed. Impossible with most of the work occurring in the attic. When he left that night, he said he would be hack and it the remaining work would take a couple of hours. He arrived at 1000 hours and was finally complete at 1630 hours.Also, when he first arrived, he said he would get the upstairs unit operational first. When he left on the first night, he stated the downstairs unit was operational, but the upstairs was not.
