My HVAC system was having major issues, and several other vendors were pushing me to replace the entire system, with estimates in the $8,000–$10,000 range.Houman took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of immediately recommending a new system. He identified the issues and repaired the unit by replacing the condenser fan, capacitor, and control board, getting my existing HVAC system back up and running.What impressed me most was his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to repair the system rather than sell me something I didn’t necessarily need. Friendly honest service! After having several a/c guys come check out a small noise each just saw the age of the unit and went straight to telling me I need a new a/c unit w/no real diagnostic check but when BP came they said no issues after checking the unit by opening it up that sound is regular and just needs regular maintenance and recommended fan to be replaced soon to avoid costly repairs or full unit replacement down the line due to its age. Scheduling communication was easy and love the online applications used for appointment confirmation and invoicing! Had them do seasonal maintenance and they took the time to explain how and why its done and how to keep my unit lasting longer. In addition had the blower replaced with tech Gabriel showed pics of issue and blower replaced within days after part arrived very fast. Price is reasonable a bit more than average but quality, reliable fast service.
