The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals—no matter your fitness level. My workouts are well-structured, challenging (in the best way), and always leave me feeling energized. The facility is clean, organized, and well-equipped. I look forward to my workouts. I found this gem of a place over two years ago. This is the longest I’ve kept going with a fitness program. After a knee replacement and years of decreasing mobility, I feel stronger, more capable and confident. Co-owner Juan is amazing as is his team of trainers and welcoming front desk staff. Thank you for giving me my life back!Update December 2025. Still going strong after more than 3 years. Getting stronger every day and feeling great. Huge shoutout to my trainers, front desk staff and owner Juan for making working out such an enjoyable experience!

I highly recommend Movimento if you are over 50 and want to get in shape ! I had been searching for a gym that specialized in strength training for 50+ when I happened on Movimento . Not only do they build a program that changes every 3 -4 wks but you have a trainer with every workout ! All the staff are so committed to helping you reach your goals .
