Can’t say enough good things about Bounce USA led by Mike and his team. We hired them for a kid’s party and rented a mega castle bounce house, tent, tables and chairs, and concessions. Mike was always available, a strong communicator, collaborative, very pleasant and respectful, and did what he said he would. He immediately fixed a billing issue on the spot. A seamless process from start to end. The bounce house and tables & chairs were sanitized. The concessions came in a clean condition, all accessories were provided. Mike explained how to use the machines & shared precautions around the bounce house. Timely putting up and taking down equipment. Great team and vendor! We hope to use them again in the future.

We had a dunk tank for an anniversary event this past weekend and delivery and setup was flawless! I didn’t even have to be there when they picked it up. Highly recommend!

I really got a bounce house tables and chairs from this wonderful company for my daughter birthday, not only did they accommodate my last minute plans they came set up and cleaned all equipment which I absolutely loved because we all know how many germs kids carry!!! He was affordable and right on time I know where to come to again

Bounce USA is very professional. They were prompt with arrival and setup, and very informative about safety precautions. They were kind the respectful throughout our exchanges. Definitely a great group to work with, and they have great bounce houses! The kids for our party heavily used the house/slide. My own children soent about 5 hours (in overcast and chilly weather) playing.

I've used Bounce USA twice for personal events and have recommended them for my children's' school activities.
