In 2025 we decided to sell our condo at Infinity Bay after 18 years, we were the original and only owners. Infinity Bay works differently than almost all the other condo projects in regards to finances. No HOAs/expense sharing etc. For many years, the majority of real estate agents did not take the time to understand how it worked. Before we officially engaged Michelle, she actually took the time to learn how IB worked, why it was different and whom was the best target audience for us to sell to. She hosted several sessions at ReMax for her fellow agents to learn about it and took those educational sessions to the broader real estate community as well. She created high quality, attention getting video and still content to properly show off IB and our condo specifically. We sold at full price in less that 6 months. Truly a remarkable feat.
