Absolutely delicious! Best Indian cuisine I’ve had and the service is amazing each time we’ve went. So far I’ve had the Shahi Paneer, Paneer tikka Masala, and Eggplant Masala. Delicious Food & Exceptional Hospitality at Raj Saffron HouseWe visited Raj Saffron House in Syracuse for a late Sunday lunch and it was an amazing dining experience. The food was simply excellent—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed dishes like channa masala and eggplant bharta, both rich in authentic spices and cooked to perfection. My garlic naan was especially delicious, soft with just the right amount of crispness.I was with my two daughters who are vegan, and they were pleased with the options available to them at the restaurant. They were also impressed with how accommodating the restaurant staff was for their choices.What made the experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality. When the owner overheard me mentioning chai, even though I hadn’t ordered it, he kindly brought me a cup to try. Unique little spot in the Westcott area. The menu is impressive and everything we ordered was amazing. Garlic naan, shrimp curry, samosas, eggplant masala and mango lassi. They even brought us complimentary chai tea and rice pudding dessert! Service was spot and and great ambiance! Less
