What a wonderful experience! Wow!!! I came here with my date and we had the greatest time. They asked us about our dietary preferences, we're both vegan, and brought us desserts to match and the food was delicious. Everyone here is amazing. Easily one of my best restaurant experiences. Will be back over and over again.

His recommendations were absolutely perfect and introduced me to an amazing variety of authentic Indian flavors. That personal touch made the entire experience even more special.I enjoyed a complete meal, from appetizers to the main course and dessert, and every dish exceeded my expectations. I had the opportunity to taste chicken, and goat, and each was cooked to perfection, bursting with rich, authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. You can truly tell that every dish is prepared with passion and care.What impressed me even more was the value. The prices are very reasonable for the outstanding quality, generous portions, and exceptional service. It’s not often you find a restaurant that offers incredible food, a beautiful atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and affordable prices all in one place.Whether you’re trying Indian cuisine for the first time or you’re already a fan, Raj Saffron Indian Cuisine is a must-visit in Syracuse. Excellent customer service.Veg/ onion Bhaji crisp and cleanTikka flavorfulVindaloo great.Just as a heads up, the mild medium and spicy levels are for locals who aren’t used to actual Indian spiciness.Ask for Indian spicy if you want that authentic kick. Be warned not for the faint of heartDessert was amazing had the rice pudding with almond slivers. Definitely check it out when you’re in the area.P.S. it’s Jain friendly.
