I have tried numerous methods of obtaining computer assistance across many years, beginning with online platforms, and in the end hiring people who charged by the hour, most of them not being any more helpful than what I could find on my own on the internet...until I met Geoff, who knocked it out of the park for me. I can't think of a single issue I've had since hiring him that he hasn't solved completely and efficiently, not to mention problems he's found and fixed that I didn't even know I had until they were gone. He's the one.

Geoff did a fantastic job recommending a new solution for my retail store. He then sourced the hardware (at a very fair price) and personally set everything up on site and even trained my employees. What an incredible resource to have!

I was referred to Geoff, The MacMentor, this spring through a couple of friends. He was as advertised: knowledgable, fast to respond, no nonsense, and easy to work with. He not only addressed my computer issues but also got my wife on a new computer and gave her a very helpful tutorial to get her started. Better him than me - he was far more effective in getting her more comfortable with technology than I would have been (or have tried to be).

Geoff was an immense help. He evaluated our system, steered me away from spending more than was necessary, had the job expertly completed in less than a day, and now my (2017!!) iMac is running better than ever.
