Excellent service, great communication, and flexibility as we tried to work out the timing with the roofer. It isn’t a standard fence…it’s custom built, so I didn’t want to tackle all of the details of it. The team that came over clearly didn’t understand the power of a pressure washer. My fence ended up with gauges, holes, and chunks taken out of it. I called Cesar to let him know what had happened, and he seemed shocked when he saw what his crew had done. He offered to fix it, but given that the original job his company was hired for had not gone to plan, I told him I would be calling the folks that built the fence to begin with. He told me to send him the invoice. The fencing company came out, looked at each board on the fence, and gave me an estimate. It was expensive, but you know what? Everything is expensive right now. The estimate wasn’t for an entire replacement of the fence. The cement and posts were ok, as well as a front section and gate. Given the style of the fence, individual damaged slats could not be replaced without ruining the entire fence panel. I sent the estimate to Cesar, who sent it to his insurance company. His insurance company appraiser offered me about 1/3 of the estimate amount. I later was told that was an error - they shouldn’t have offered me anything at all, because his insurance doesn’t cover what was essentially poor workmanship. (They will still give me what is offered, despite the error, though it isn’t what I need to fix the damage.). So beware - just because a company says it is insured, doesn’t really mean anything. And a reputable company would cover the balance for the damage that was done. A reputable company would accept responsibility. Less

Cesar’s recently repainted our deck. We had some rotting wood and they were able replace the wood in addition to power wash and sand before painting our deck. They did a great job and got the job done quickly!

The quote was more than reasonable and fair. We had ceilings painted, walls, trim, doors including exterior doors, garage trim and our deck stained. Honestly our home looked new and we almost didn’t want to leave. I know this helped us get top dollar for our home sale. Cesar came highly recommended and I have let anyone know about him if they need any of this type of work done as I am 100% confident in the quality of work, fair pricing and professionalism. I have a small dog that is timid with everyone but they were super sweet to her and she didn’t mind them being around at all.
