I got a first opinion from another company that told me we needed a new furnace. I had had a good experience with Alternative Heat Solutions in another home, so called them for a second opinion. Adrian came in, assessed the problem within 15 minutes and reset our thermostat and fixed it within the hour. He save me thousands of dollars and cold nights. I will only use Alternative from here on out. Ethical and fast. Adrian as a tech was top notch. Highly recommend!

Alternative HVAC did a great job on my heat pump, ducted furnace installation. They went the extra mile to explain to me exactly what was involved so I knew what to expect. Plus the job site was kept clean. When the installation was completed my electric heating costs were 1/2 the cost for heating "this same old leaky house" with natural gas. I also looked forward to using the AC for hot summer days. I did notice the dust and pollen levels inside the house were also reduced because of the new air filter.

Replaced 25 year old furnace with heat pump. Ricardo’s team (Brandon and Tinno), the best. Doesn’t get any better. Thorough, detailed and tidy and always professional. Super hard but smart workers. Already very happy and is first day. A very pleasant experience from discussion on what and how to flipping the switch 👍 Big thank you to entire team.

Got a heat pump installed for a very reasonable price, Mike was great in the initial quote process, and Ricardo and his crew came out and got everything finished up fast and with minimal disruption! They walked me through some system features and the filter location, and even helped me install a custom attachment to the thermostat to control it on my phone!

Just had a great experience. Rick was absolutely terrific. He had installed our A/C a couple of years and was so thorough and caring. And he came by for maintenance today and was the same. Truly appreciated!

Alternative HVAC was a pleasure to work with from start to end, from scheduling the estimate to the professional, courteous, clean installers. There was a question about the location of the drain pipes and Alternative was quick to address the issue.I would highly recommend their services.
