25 years ago Herr did a great job installing our well (and septic system). Such a great job, that we have not needed their services since. Despite this, I called with a question regarding a well on a property a family member was looking at buying and the person who answered the phone, Kendall, didn't hesitate to find the information we need and share it with us. Love people and businesses that are happy to help, even when there is nothing in it for them. Would not hesitate to recommend Herr to anyone looking for services like this.

ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL experience with Herr!A little backstory: I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant. Was 37 weeks pregnant when I reached out to Herr to inquire about getting a well drilled. We were sharing a well and having some issue with running out of water. Definitely something you don't want to deal with, with having a new baby coming any day. Anyways, I received a call back same day, as they were busy at the time I called (no biggy). The office personnel was so pleasant to talk to. She was kind, informative, and on the ball. (This is important as I've done her job but for a plumbing company. So I know first impressions start at the phone to the office). Her first impression was 👌🏾.Anyways, we had the quote within a couple days for their side which was a reasonable price in my opinion and because of our very desperate situation (baby coming anyday) we approved the quote same day and had the well drilled the next day. They really took such good care of us and I feel that is hard to find these days - A company willing to make sure they go above and beyond for you especially in desperate times!We really cannot recommend Herr enough. Truly an A++ company. They also partnered with Kelly James to pipe the well which I'll leave a review for them separately. But ultimately a great duo! You'll want both companies forsure!

I had called Herr to get my Well drilled and they came out and got it done. They were very considerate of my property by ensuring that the ground was dry enough so they wouldn’t tear it apart with their trucks. They are a fast hard working family company. They care about their job and your needs highly recommend.
