Working with Alex at Progress Through Change has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Honestly, I was surprised by how easy the process was and how quickly I saw results. In the first month and a half, I lost 10 pounds, but what really stood out was how much better I felt overall. My workouts became enjoyable, my body hurt less, I had more energy throughout the day, and I was less tired. On top of that, I started building real confidence in my discipline and food choices—and I just enjoyed life more. My stress levels dropped, I was able to focus more at work and be more present with my wife, and for the men out there—I’ll just say I felt a whole lot better in the bedroom because I wasn’t getting out of breath anymore, lol. I’d recommend Alex to anyone: young, old, brand new to fitness, seasoned athletes, or just someone who wants to feel better and live better. He meets you exactly where you’re at and helps you get closer to where you want to be. Plus, it’s such a relief not having to think about diet and training—he’s got all of that covered so you can just focus on showing up and making progress.
