Jake is the real deal! When we first met, I joked with him that I didn’t trust realtors lol. But Jake is the very definition of service excellence. He helped me sell my house in Bolingbrook this summer, and choosing him as my agent was the best decision I could have made. He is super down-to-earth, honest, knows what matters most in the buying/selling process, and always made himself available if I had questions. And his ability to read people and situations we encountered was invaluable. He also referred me to a great attorney, and his photographers took the most incredible listing pictures and Matterport, which really made my listing stand out.Living in a subdivision with higher taxes was a potential hurdle, but he went above and beyond, was proactive in communicating with the buyers’ agent and was also in regular contact with their lender.
