I had a great experience at this office. All of the staff are knowledgeable, caring, and very capable. Shannon at the front desk if very kind and welcoming. The assistants are also very nice and gentle making sure that the patient is comfortable and well-versed in the procedure that was taking place. Dr. Hu is also great at explaining procedures and made me feel at ease during my procedure. The office space is also very pleasant with a plethora of lighting and modern finishes. I would not hesitate to bring myself back to this dental office.

They were amazing! I usually have insane anxiety at the dentist but here (other than the usual anxiety which I can’t help much!) they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist and assistants were really nice, I had to get a wisdom tooth extraction and it wasn’t bad at all. And the front desk lady is very nice! Thank you guys!!

For more than two weeks, I have been suffering from severe tooth pain. Regrettably, my primary dentist could not accommodate me until the end of July. Nevertheless, following my call to Five Star Dental this morning, I was able to schedule an appointment a mere two hours later. Upon arrival, the staff warmly welcomed me with their friendly and caring demeanor. Dr. Hu promptly evaluated my tooth pain and alleviated my concerns. We discussed the treatment plan, and given my financial constraints as a single mother, Dr. Hu thoughtfully adjusted the cost to ensure it was within my means. He prioritized my well-being, guaranteeing that I received the necessary care without exacerbating my financial difficulties. I was also accompanied by my six-year-old son, and Dr. Hu's assistant, Adali, demonstrated exceptional kindness and patience in assisting me with him. My experience at Five Star Dental has been remarkable, and I genuinely feel that they treat their patients with compassion and care. This is my second visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and caring dental practice.

I am impressed! I got my appointment in three hours! My tooth hurt so bad and dr Hu extracted it same day i called to clinic. Very professional, quick , he explained everything he were doing and gave me all the recommendations i needed. The assistants was friendly and nice to me. Definitely will come back !❤️
