Tenant called and told me the air conditioner is not working, living 2 hours away and it being end of July you can imagine my panic! I called Conlow and they were onsite within 30 minutes and figured out what was going on. Josh and the team were great at communicating with me and sending pictures and ultimately were able to resolve my issue. I highly recommend this team as great service is hard to come by, and they over delivered!

Our air heating and air conditioning split kept shutting down during a heat wave. We reached out to Conlow and Josh answered my call without having to leave a message. Once I explained what was going on, he said he had a tech in the area and could be at my house within a couple hours. Mind you, we did reach out to a couple other companies and they said it would take a few days before they could get to us. As promised, a tech showed up, I believe his name was Joe. Very nice and attentive. We mentioned that we had friends coming to visit on Saturday and needed the unit fixed by then. This was a Tuesday. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed and we needed a new unit. We knew it was older and came with house when we bought it. Josh and his team made what we thought impossible, possible and had the new unit ordered and installed on Friday. They even worked through the rain! We highly recommend Josh and Max, who installed the unit,and his whole team! They won't let you down!

Josh Conlow and his employees were very professional and did an excellent job replacing my Mini Split HVAC system. They followed up with all phone calls and most importantly showed up on time.
