I am very pleased with the service and care that I received from Valley Comfort Heating & Air. My situation and loss of heat was unbelievably complicated because of PG&E. VCHA worked with me (and my electrician) every step of the way and provided me with incredible service. The techs were professional, well trained and knowledgeable, and left the areas of work spotless. Their after-hours and weekend response (when needed) was incredibly helpful as we navigated the install. I will be using them for all of my maintenance and know that if I have any questions, their office staff and management and technicians are there for me. Sonoma and Napa County are very fortunate to have this family owned business and personal care for our heating and cooling needs.

They came and serviced my 25 year old furnace for $ and cleaned and inspected. Despite the age of the furnace, they didn't try to sell me on immediately replacing my working furnace. They suggested a few preventative maintenance fixes but made it clear these were not essential and didn't use any pushy sales tactics. Will be coming back for more services when the time is right.

This is now our 3rd service request. Jose has been superb, professional in every way. For one, he immediately put on foot cover when entering our home. Other service folks have never shown such care and awareness.Jose diagnosed our AC issue when another company had been here on four separate occasions. The cost was nominal when the other company was suggesting I replace my entire unit. We enjoyed a terrific summer of cool air with no further issues.We are now having Valley Comfort service our heating unit.I have confidence knowing Jose will give us straight, honest answers to what we need.
