A good company, after many years of looking around and humming and arring, saw James in the town arranged a visit. No hard sell unlike some firms, laid out what I would need and and locations of equipement. The scafolding went up on Fri and the instalation took place on Wed which meant I could utilise the scafold to clean my gutters and paint the house. Instalation only took a day for 12 panels and the related equipement including a battery, the two installers were very friendly and cleaned up after them selves as they went. They ansered any questions I had and even put up with my mad labrador. Now a week later my power usage from the grid has dropped hugely, there is no noise as some people said and as my propery roof faces east/west the panels are split 6/6 to maximise the efficency. All-in-All, Pearl Energy have done a excellent job, helpful and efficent through out, even down to sorting out the app on the phone to monitor the system and setting up the sell back to my provider. A professional and excellent job throughout. I was intending to use Octopus, my energy provider, to install solar panels for me, but used Pearl Energy, a local company, instead. I am so pleased I did. From the start Bradley and James, the owners of the company, have explained each process carefully and at no time did I feel pressurised into buying something I didn't want. They advised against having a battery, as I am at home most days, but said that if I did decide to have one at a later date, one could easily be added, as they fit hybrid inverters. They did recommend an i-booster though, which gives me plenty of hot water, using spare energy the panels produce before it goes to the grid. Every stage of the installation has been very smooth. The 3 fitters did an excellent job and consulted me when a decision needed to be made. Another advantage of using Pearl Energy is that James and Bradley have completed all the necessary form filling for me. I understand most solar panel installers don't offer this service - and at no extra cost. I can highly recommend Pearl Energy, and the very friendly and likeable owners/directors, Bradley and James.
