The service received from start to finish from every member of the Pearl energy team has been 5 star.Alex visited us to discuss the process & what we would need as we are in a unique situation & unable to sell back to the grid.Bradley visited to do the survey & ensure we were happy.The installation team of Tom & Matt arrived on time on the day & again confirmed what they would be doing. It took 2 days to fit everything. We were shown how the app worked & also received a visit from James 10 days after installation to check all was going ok & show us some tips on how to get even more from the App. It’s not been 2 weeks since installation & we are already using 80% of energy from the panels & batteries.We will be recommending Pearl Energy to our friends as they really are a first class company.

Delighted with our solar installation from Pearl Energy. The end to end service from Brad and James was excellent and their installation team, Matt & Tom, were very efficient, neat and tidy. A small amount of groundwork was needed to run the cable to the garage, which other suppliers were reluctant to undertake, but nothing was too much trouble for Pearl. Highly recommend them.

The staff at Pearl Energy are efficient, customer-focussed, prompt and extremely good value. Their most important characteristic for us that clinched their role as our provider was that they are all local to Lincolnshire, and work together rather than employing subcontractors at a distance. Extremely important if you want good responsive service as these dedicated folk provide.

Superb company led by Bradley and James.Very happy with our solar system and the whole process from start to finish.The quality of the equipment they install is first rate. The roofers (installers), electricians and groundsman are courteous and careful, leaving their work completed, tidy and neat.James came and set us up with our feed in tariff once they had all the certifications.Definitely recommend Pearl Energy.

Many thanks to the whole team, it has been a smooth process from start to finish. All of our queries were answered promptly and when we were getting alerts the problem was fixed straight away (nothing to do with the install just a production setting that needed to be changed for the UK). It has been a pleasure working with everyone from the first phone call to sorting out the tariff - love their enthusiasm - and a shout out to the installers Tom and Matt who worked like trojans.
