Had a great experience with Hysen where I went for shockwave therapy. Hysen was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Dr James and Mihai are exceptional in what they do.I had a herniated disc, pelvic tilt and sacroiliac joint sprain.Dr James was very supportive from the first session, through to the Xray results and report findings, explaining everything and creating a program for me to correct the malfunctions in my spine.Mihai is brilliant physiotherapist! And he is helping me release my stiff muscles.

I began attending the clinic 2 years ago and was in a terrible state both physically and mentally (due to the pain). The first app was xrays and a thorough examination. The second app was the results and treatment plan. Dr James identified issues going back years that other professionals had missed. Treatment was very intense initially but after 2 months, things just clicked and I had near full movement and very little pain. Dr James' phenomenal knowledge and outstanding level of care is second to none.My treatment also involves physio with Hycen. When you enter the room, you know you are the sole focus of his attention. His commitment to his patient's overall wellbeing is incredible. His knowledge and experience is expansive. You leave his session in a better place both physically and mentally.The clinic has become my 'happy place'. The front of house team are the most friendly and efficient possible. Their commitment to their patients is on a par with the medical team. Lee, Sabrina and Charlotte are also outstanding in what they do.I look forward to my sessions for so many different reasons and are forever grateful to the team.

I went to Chadwell heath yesterday for a back deep tissue massage with Paige Turner through Groupon Not only was a lovely person she is fantastic at Massages. Been having Massages for years but definitely the best and thorough one ever had. She is so knowledgeable too about your body. Would seriously suggest you try the clinic and if can try Paige. Just in the first throws of my treatment with Dr Mason and I feel quite happy with the progress so far. He is very good at explaining everything and is very professional. The reception team are friendly and welcoming, in fact the whole experience is calming and relaxing.
