I would give dr mason 5 stars l got bad bad wes in so much pain .went to drs and hospital. Had acupuncture and spent 250 pounds. Still in pain couldn't sleep. Painkillers done nothing went to dr mason .he gave me x ray and found problem straight away. After a few visits. I was out of pain and could sleep. Then after a few weeks l could walk without stick. I would highly recommend him .

I initially brought my son to Romford & Ilford Family Chiropractic Centre (Healing Centres) and after such a positive experience, I recently started treatment for my own back issues.We’ve had a great experience, Mason made us feel very welcoming from the moment we arrived, he’s very professional and knowledgeable, he’s been helping me to resolve my back problem. He explains in details the treatments in every session. The physio exercise available through the app are great and been very helpful.The reception team are always friendly, welcoming and efficient. Ive been attending healing centres for the last 3 weeks with neck pain and tingling arms causing panic attacks. Already im seeing a huge improvement the xrays and examination have eased my worries and have made me understand why ive felt the way i have. This clinic is absolutely amazing. I have gone 10 years ago for back problems and just recently for knee problems and in both cases I was really happy with my care. It is very convenient to have such a variety of services working together under one roof (chiro, Physio. X-rays and more.) Everyone from the receptionist to the practitioners are absolutely lovely and will really listen to your concerns with kindness and understanding. I am very grateful.

Brilliant staff ,I had lower back pain and I have been advised to try Chiropractic sessions,as well as x-ray,and I was dealing with Dr Mason, brilliant guy helped me to explain what procedures he will have and how he will improve stiffness and lower back pain ,after first session I felt so good the pain was improving and I felt so good I truly recommend to seeing this guy if you have a similar problem with the lower back pain 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ Thanks Dr Mason . I have been seeing both Dr Mason for chiropractic treatment and Paige for Sports massages for over a year now. Had several issues, with back, neck, hip flexors and general tightness/posture issues. Both of them have been great in relieving pain and generally feeling better overall. They are also great at giving advice and providing a plan for stretches I should do on my own. I also didn't realise how connected all of my body aches were, they fixed issues that I didn't even realise that I had at the start.

My back literally was crippled with a herniated disc and in balance of my hip in December 2025 , 1 minute I was enjoying my daughters 5th birthday party next day I couldn't get out of bed called nhs for ambulance but they didn't come to least give me morphine . I contacted Ilford and Romford. Chiropractor as I had been there about 10 years prior I met dr mason who took my X-rays and planned a treatment plan for me to help my spine get into shape and it's the best thing I did as his proffession to heal and help me was 110% spot on . His calm and talks everything with you and tells you what his going to do before he does anything overall I'm happy with all the staff as they are welcoming and on a few occasions they have changed my appointment to a earlier time upon my request so it helped me out good work from all the team that work there so thank you all . I will continue going there just to keep my back in check 👍👌

Can't fault the centre, been a patient for over 20 years and can highly recommend all the team over the years. In particular, Mason helped me greatly when I had a very painful and paralysing trapped sciatic nerve and restored my health and movement. Shoulder and back pain? Book with Dr Mason. Ive been going for over a year, with a small break, originally for posture problems and continuous back aches. Now sciatica and a tear in my shoulder. The adjustments he makes are explained with exercises and stretches to do at home to ease the muscles tightness. Already seeing an improvement again after a couple of weeks.

I have just had 1 hour deep tissue massage with Peter..OMG! Peter is the best ever ❤️. He went well above and beyond what I paid for. He’s so good and paid attention to details.
