They are incredibly helpful and always resolve the issue same day. if the first point of contact isn’t able to help, they escalate it. I appreciate that they explain as they go along as well; what is wrong, what they’ll do to fix it or to whom they will escalate, etc. I notice that any anxiety I may have had when calling in is immediately alleviated by their calm, patient manner and I always feel confident throughout that they will resolve it and even if it takes a bit longer, I’m okay with that. They even apologize for it taking longer than may have been expected which is unusual really for companies to even acknowledge your lost time while waiting for a resolution. At the end of each call, I either have a resolution or I know the next one will take care of it, but I always have peace of mind instead of worrying when it will be sorted.
