A rat infestation in a neighbours garden spread to my garden. Glen came promptly to leave box traps above ground and put poison into the burrows and he returned to check for results. He was friendly, courteous, punctual & reliable. In answer to my concerns about the poison harming pets and garden wildlife he explained the poison he used would act quickly and whilst most rats would die underground any that died above ground would not cause secondary poisoning to pets or wildlife. I would certainly recommend this company.

We had a problem with mice in our loft. Glen came out and quickly identified where they were coming in and initiated a plan. When we heard the traps going off he came back the next day. By the third visit, he’d filled in the access points and given us a plan moving forward. Really nice to deal with, great value and kept us informed throughout. Would absolutely recommend.
