After years of dealing with a house that leaked whenever it rained, and spending a small fortune on contractors who promised to fix the problem but never really did, finding BCM was honestly such a relief. From the very first consultation, the difference was clear. Bronwyn came out to my home, assessed the situation properly and explained exactly what needed to be done. There was no guesswork or empty promises, just a clear understanding of the problem and a plan to fix it.Even once the team was on site, they identified additional issues that needed attention. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t simply carry on with the original scope; they took the time to explain what they had found, why it mattered and what needed to be done to address it properly. And, most importantly, it worked! We recently had two days of heavy rain, and I’m so happy to say that I was not dealing with a single leak. After years of buckets, worry and failed repairs, that feeling was honestly priceless.Thank you to Bronwyn and the entire BCM team. What impressed me most is that, despite being a large company, they treated me with the same care and attention you would hope for from a small, hands-on business. They took pride in their work, they cared about getting the job right, and they stood behind what they did.I would absolutely recommend BCM to any homeowner who is tired of temporary fixes and contractors who don’t deliver. Thank you, BCM, for finally solving a problem I had been dealing with for years!

BMS repaired and replaced our seamless gutters, and waterproofed the tiled patio. They kept us informed at all times and work was completed on time.

BMS is a professional contracting service. They did work on a property of mine through extremely difficult conditions with a very difficult tenant. Their professionalism and understanding really made the difference. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Bronwyn, Quinton and team. Looking forward to our next project.
