Great staff, great communication, transparent , better experience than working with a realtor in my opinion. 5 stars in my book. I do want to say , the cash offer was ridiculously close to what the market value was of the home, obviously it wasn’t exactly market value because my home wasn’t in market condition but still that was a big plus for me, the person who came out was friendly and explained the offer with evidence, that’s the type of transparency I always ask for and it’s what I received from this company ! The only issue we had was that we had to switch title companies which wasn’t too much of a hassle but it worked out !
