I’ve had such a great experience at Fountain Valley Chiropractic with Dr. La!I work in an office setting and spend most of my day sitting at a desk, so I was dealing with a lot of back pain and tension. Since starting care with Dr. La, I’ve noticed such a huge difference. My back pain has improved tremendously, and I feel so much better throughout my workday. Dr. La is very kind, attentive, and really takes the time to listen to what’s bothering you. I also love that he incorporates manual therapy into the visits. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in!I’m very thankful I found Fountain Valley Chiropractic and would definitely recommend Dr. La to anyone dealing with back pain, stiffness, or just wanting to feel better overall! 🙌🏼

I've been seeing Dr. La for maintenance on my back and shoulders to help with my workouts. As someone who is very active, I need to make sure my body is aligned properly to avoid injury. Dr. La understands biomechanics really well and has helped me improve my mobility significantly. He’s great at adjusting the little things that I didn't even realize were off. I always leave his office feeling taller and looser. 10/10.
