I have been visiting Kennedy Heights Dental center. I have always been terrified of the dentist due to a traumatic experience I had as a child. Even as an adult, I’ve needed to take Ativan before every dental appointment, including cleanings and I have very sensitive teeth, so freezing was usually a must as well.Since coming to Dr. Al-Juboori, that has completely changed. I’ve now had four procedures done, which include three crowns, a root canal, and even a full cleaning without needing Ativan at all, which is something I never thought would be possible for me.From the moment I walk into the office, I feel calm, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Al-Juboori and the entire team are incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring and they’ve created an environment where I actually feel relaxed during my visits.This has truly been the best dental experience I have ever had and I cannot recommend Dr. Al-Juboori highly enough - especially for anyone who has dental anxiety or sensitive teeth.

She was efficient and had a wonderful, friendly demeanor that made me feel immediately comfortable.Sonia, the hygienist, was absolutely fantastic. I previously left a low review because I was frustrated with a teeth-whitening appointment that felt unclear and left me unsure about the results. I wasn’t confident with the clinic after that visit.But today, I came back for my first ever dental filling, and the entire experience changed my perspective.Dr. Ahmed Juboori was incredibly thorough and made sure I understood every step before he started. He consistently checked on my comfort, explained what he was doing, and made the whole procedure feel safe and manageable. Ghazal, the dental hygienist, was just as professional; steady, reassuring, and gentle throughout the entire appointment. It made a huge difference, especially since it was my first filling.At the front desk, Chantal took the time to explain the whitening situation to me more clearly and even offered tips so I’d know what to expect in the future. That alone gave me a lot more clarity than I had before.Overall, today’s visit was quick, efficient, and genuinely reassuring. My trust in the clinic has been rebuilding, and I appreciate the effort the team made to give me a better, more informed experience. :)—————————————————————————-Kennedy Heights Dental ReviewI came because of their “teeth whitening for life” promotion which sounded amazing but turns out it’s not really “for life” or even available unless you first book cavity fillings or other treatments. You won’t even get it every appointment the doctor will tell you when it is okay to refill the teeth whitening. That’s not how it was explained on the phone when I confirmed. They told me they will give it to me on my appointment today. It feels like a carrot-and-stick tactic to get patients to spend more before honoring their own promo.When I tried to clarify, Ghazal was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was a toddler. Chantal at the front desk was also snippy and unhelpful.The only positives were Poojan, who did an excellent and thorough cleaning, and Dr. Ahmed, who was kind and professional.Overall, I left feeling misled and disrespected. They should be transparent about their promotions and train their front-desk staff to communicate with basic courtesy.

I came across Dr Ahmed on instagram and I heard him saying free teeth whitening so I clicked on the ad , made an appointment and today was the day . From reception to dental hygienist to dentist , all were impeccable. They gave me information almost for all my teeth individually. Filled me in with every little detail which no other clinic has ever done it before. Initially I was a bit hesitant but I’m glad I went through with it and I strongly recommend Kennedy Heights to everyoneThank you everyone who worked on my teeth
