The Plumbing Doctor(Mark owner) has performed numerous jobs for me from my kids house to my new home. I have written previous reviews on him. Fast, courteous, and reliable service. His work is the type of work he would perform on his own home. My new home did not have a master bathroom tub. Since the house has a post tension slab foundation, we discussed alternatives even possible jackhammering the foundation using ground penetrating radar to identify the slab cables. Since platforms or elevated tubs are the new thing we decided to build a custom elevated platform. No jackhammering with new plumbing tied into existing vanity cabinet plumbing. Ken Dobbs of custom cabinets/tile built the platform. Mark made his heavy duty custom plumbing. Really love our bathroom. So happy with his expertise. Mark is a master plumber, no question! Less

I've made a few phone calls regarding my Water Heater replacement and I found Reno Plumbing doctor. The phone conversation was professional and friendly . They gave me an excellent quote considering other quotes I received that were higher . Mark and his assistant technician showed up to my house the same day to install my water heater . They were both friendly and very knowledgeable and very courteous . I wouldn't give them a five star review I prefer to give him a 10-star review because they did an excellent job. We called after hours and Mark Hardy was absolutely incredible. Super accommodating, walked us through steps to fix our emergent problem to at least stabilize it until he was able to get to our house. highly recommends them. It was an incredible experience, specially for after hours never had to need a plumber ASAP but when we did, this was definitely a pleasant experience. I called on Monday and they showed up as promised on Tuesday afternoon. Dave and Ian evaluated the problem and immediately was able to fix our water heater. The price was quoted at the start and they knew exactly how to fix it. So, one hour later they were done! Recommended to keep the water heater until it breaks so we could save some money now.
