We called after hours and Mark Hardy was absolutely incredible. Super accommodating, walked us through steps to fix our emergent problem to at least stabilize it until he was able to get to our house. highly recommends them. It was an incredible experience, specially for after hours never had to need a plumber ASAP but when we did, this was definitely a pleasant experience. I’ll make sure to tell all my neighbors and friends! Less

Plumbing Dr. is great! I had an emergency when my water heater sprang a sever leak while I was out of town. Mark got out to me right away and not only got the water heater out of the way for the restoration team but set us up so we’d have hot water while the damages are repaired. We needed our furnace removed as well so work could begin and no HVAC Co. could come help us that day so Mark and another member of his team jumped in to save the day there as well. Mark is experienced and no nonsense. I would and already have, recommended him for anything plumbing! Less

Mark, the owner, came over personally to see that my Water main was leaking. He came with an assistant the next day and fixed it. He uses the highest quality parts. He schooled me on things plumbers often say that are supposedly necessary, however they’re not. That certain appliances can be repaired instead of replaced. I’ll never use a different plumber.
