If you want unbeatable customer service and reliability.. Hicks is for you! Forget H&R block and Jackson Hewitt, these people don't care about you. HICKS DOES! Dewey has been my tax guy for the past 3 years, the ladies up front are always super friendly and professional. These guys even call/text to wish you happy new year, merry Christmas, and happy birthday. Tell me your other tax "preparers" do that. They are also incredibly helpful if you need to grab a copy of your W2 from a previous year (super helpful when I was buying my home).
