Mark and Tandi are PHENOMENAL! I have learned so much and am forever grateful for them. My wife and I came in feeling the best we have felt in years, but also knowing there’s room for improvement. I found out I was leptin and insulin resistant along with having high cholesterol. It was crazy seeing my labs and understanding that being normal doesn’t necessarily mean “good” results. Since meeting with them I have focused on a better diet and workout plan in order to achieve optimal results. It’s been 3 months since we last met and my energy, sleep, workout performance, and body composition have all improved!
