Had a great first session with Dr. Lars he not only took the time to learn exactly what was going on but showed me the plan how to fix it and provided a daily stretch routine to accompany my gym workouts

Austin is really great. He is knowledgeable and is up to date on all techniques. I was hesitant at first because I do have to travel a bit to see him but he is worth it! Our whole family goes to him now.

Garrett is an amazing massage therapist. He always takes the time to understand where I’m hurting and treats my injuries with so much care. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and effective he is. Every time I leave the clinic, I feel so much better and, most importantly, pain-free. I’m very grateful to have found him and would highly recommend Garrett to anyone dealing with pain or injuries!

I've suffered from chronic back and hip pain for a number of years. I've had relief from both with treatment from Dr. Seitzinger (who combines hands on treatment with exercise regimens and thorough explanations of the root and nature of the pain) and the rest of his team. Since I'm now trying to undo many years of self-neglect, I appreciate the care and advice that I get at the Pro Motion Clinic.Update: In the aftermath of a bicycle crash, which caused a shoulder and knee sprain, the treatment from Lars is helping with my recovery. I'm very happy to have found Pro Motion as Lars and the other members of staff have helped with both rehab and ongoing back and joint health.

Took my son, he was treated by Dr Jamie, he was very thorough and extensive in his initial examination so I am looking forward to him helping my son through his injury. I am very happy with the treatment so far. Good place for athletes to get treated. The space is very comfortable and inviting

Highly recommend Brett Vall!Came in with a nasty back injury a few weeks ago. Terrible sciatic pain.He fixed me right up.He did physical treatment every time that gave me immediate pain relief.Showed me how to do easy exercises from home in between sessions. And they were easy to keep track of with the home workout app.My back is 10x better and he was a major help in making it happen.Definitely book in with Brett if you need a physiotherapist you can trust.

I had a lovely experience at pro motion as I always do! Austin is the best chiropractor I’ve been to in the city and I always have instant relief after seeing him. Not only that he ensures on going treatment sending me home with work out plans to do at home and in the gym to make sure the relief I get is long term. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I will continue to see him forever!

Austin is the best chiropractor I’ve worked with! He identified the cause of my long-term chronic pain, prescribed targeted exercises, and has helped me tremendously. Within 5 sessions, he has achieved results that other chiropractors couldn’t.

Conner Loewen is the best RMT I’ve worked with, he is incredibly professional and kind. I’ve been seeing him for a few years now for neck/back pain, as well as an ulnar collateral ligament tear. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and always makes me feel comfortable during our appointments. He has lots of great ideas on how you can incorporate exercises and stretches into your daily routine, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed with a complex workout plan. If Conner ever left Promotion, I would follow him to his next clinic. I highly recommend him for any concern you have!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect, walking into Pro-Motion Clinic, however Conner's acessment went well.. He was very knowledgable and thorough, polite and helpful. I feel confident that my condition will improve with his guidance and it's very helpful to actually know what the issues are and to have a better understanding. Thank you.

After filling out forms about health issues past and present.....when meeting my therapist, he asked the same questions. What?? Why aren't they familiar with the forms ahead of time? Would like a bit of dialogue of what he is feeling/noticing and how they are dealing with it.
